It is important that you read the following carefully before completing the registration form.
• One form must be completed for each participant. Farmers, minimum wage workers, and local PDC graduates are entitled to discount. Mail the secretariat regarding this matter for more details.
• Registrations or alterations to registration forms will not be accepted by telephone, but must be submitted via email or fax to Convergence Secretariat.
• Please ensure you pay the correct amount.
• Payment registration fees are made in PESOS only
• Early Registration fees should reach the secretariat no later than August 21, 2015
• Cancellations and refund requests will not be accepted after October 15, 2015
• Cancellations will not be accepted on-site.
